	To open .mov files Quicktime is available free here for both Windows and Mac (if not already installed)
	To open .mp3 files Quicktime is available free here for both Windows and Mac (if not already installed)
	To decompress or open .zip files Unzip utilities are available free here for Windows and already installed in your Mac system
	To open .flv files FLV player is available free here for both Windows and Mac (if not already installed)
